Return & Refund Policy
You can return your filters in 30 Days after the shipping date.
Return Process
- Send an email to us at [email protected], with your reason why you have to return the product and the model of the product (which you can find on the product page on our site).
- We will respond to your email to confirm the return.
- Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will process your refund per our return policies.
- We will issue a credit to your account within 14 days after we receive the return package.
Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected]
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Return Shipping Fee
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.
Refunds & Order Cancellation
If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received an ups, usps or dhl tracking number and you want to cancel, you must wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
