Seems to work fine so far, Its hard to reorder the Kitchenaid filters replacement, and not always easy to find correct model. Better price than buying local. Only issue is with the fact that the delivery is not so fast.

Have found this Whirlpool 4396710 works excellent. it is easy to put in and take out. Glad I found this product. Fast delivery will better.

we have nasty highly chlorinated water, and most filters will leave you with water that is on the acidic end of the scale. this Whirlpool 4396841 filter will provide you with water on the normal end of the alkaline scale, which is what we like. hope this helps you
